Sushi becomes an art when you uncover its secrets. During a private ceremony, I will prepare authentic Japanese sushi for you. I will show you the entire process of its creation – from cooking the rice to live fish filleting. You will learn how different parts of salmon are used in specific dishes and how classic Japanese rice differs from European varieties.

This service is also a fascinating journey through the secrets of Japanese culture. During the ceremony, we reveal to guests the secrets of different parts of the fish and demonstrate specialized cutting techniques that give the dishes their final touch. Each detail has a story, which we share with participants.

Exclusive Ingredients
Wild Alaskan Salmon


One of the fish we serve during our ceremonies. A unique variety of sockeye. It is characterized by its intensely blood-red flesh and cultivation exclusively in its natural environment. It feeds naturally, which translates into its unique taste and high quality.
Tuna



In Japanese cuisine, tuna is divided into three main parts: akami (lean, intensely flavored meat), chutoro (medium-fatty, more delicate and juicier), and otoro (the fattiest, incredibly soft and melt-in-your-mouth). The differences between them result from the fat content and meat structure, which directly translates into the depth of flavor and the exclusivity of the culinary experience. During our services, it is possible to choose the appropriate type for the client’s needs.
Seriola - Kingfish


Seriola is a fish prized by chefs worldwide for its light, delicately fatty meat with a velvety texture and subtle flavor. Thanks to immediate processing after catch – gutting and rapid chilling – it retains its freshness, natural aroma, and high nutritional value. During the event, seriola can be filleted live.
Akitakomachi and Sasanishiki Rice


We use selected varieties of Japanese rice: Akitakomachi and Sasanishiki. Akitakomachi stands out for its delicate sweetness, elasticity, and appropriate stickiness, making it perfect for sushi. Sasanishiki is a drier and less sticky variety, especially valued for nigiri, as it subtly enhances the fish’s flavor without overpowering it.
Antonius Siberian Caviar


The caviar served during our experience was Siberian Antonius. This is the highest quality caviar from Siberian sturgeon, with a delicate texture and buttery flavor with a hint of nut. Natural, without preservatives, from Polish breeding. A premium product for connoisseurs and exclusive occasions.
Wasabi Farm Poland


Wasabi comes from Poland’s Wasabi Farm Poland – one of the few farms in Europe specializing in growing real wasabi (Wasabia japonica). This is authentic fresh root, different from common horseradish-based pastes grated before your eyes on a sharkskin grater.

Knife sharpening workshop on water stones

Discover the art of absolute precision and find your inner balance.
You are invited to a waterstone knife sharpening workshop – a unique experience that combines craftsmanship with an almost meditative focus.
During the intensive meeting we will go from theory (knife construction, types of steel and stone gradations) to pure practice. The workshop will last three hours, the first of which is for the theoretical part.




We reach anywhere in Poland. Workshops can take place in either your office or rented space, creating a comfortable learning environment where your team feels most comfortable.
If you don’t have a team and would like to learn in a group we also organize such variants. We travel around Poland, visiting various cities during Japanese fairs and more. For enthusiasts who already know that a sharp knife is essential, but want to reach for masterful precision. We invite you to individual appointments where we will give you 100% attention in the comfort of your home or rented space.




The meeting consists of a theoretical part (about 1 hour) and a practical part (about 2 hours). After the workshop, you also have the opportunity to contact us and send us inquiries or recordings of your pursuits in the art of sharpening. We would like to give you a sense of mentoring care during your journey in the world of Japanese sharpening.
This is the time to get into the details you won’t find in tutorials. We tailor the workshop program to your needs, focusing on:
Advanced sharpening techniques on water stones.
Working with a variety of tools – from kitchen knives to select blades.
Every workshop participant gets a -50% discount from us to use in our online or stationary store.

Renovation / sharpening of knives
We will subject any of your knives to restoration. Cracked handle, lost tip, or other defects are not terrible for us. Each knife will be restored.
